With freshly prepared dishes as regional classics in a “fast-casual” style, the aim is not only to follow the trend, but also to interpret it in a contemporary way and define it digestibly for every kind of guest. Just as the highest quality components of a car come together to create the ultimate driving experience, we see the best ingredients that the Stuttgart region and its surroundings have to offer as the basis of our gastronomic vision.
Bistro
In the Bistro on Level 1, we combine a look at Mercedes-Benz’s past with a historical view of food and drink. We offer a selection of coffee specialties and delicious sandwiches to sweet homemade delicacies. Take a seat and let your run through history still resonate with you.
Deli
Our specialties on the lowest level of the Mercedes-Benz Museum offers you culinary delights from our own production, from regional producers but also from selected international manufactures. In the self-service area you can choose between delicious cakes, fresh desserts as well as fine paninis. If you would like to enjoy the delicacies directly on the spot, you can relax in the deli area and enjoy an espresso, or end your visit to the restaurant with a dessert. On weekends, we are always a meeting place for groups, or the first port of call before VfB home games.

BERTHA BENZ
Inspiration of Bertha´s Restaurant
Bertha Benz is the strong woman at the side of the ingenious automobile inventor Carl Benz. In 1888 she takes destiny into her own hands and embarks on a 106-kilometer long journey with her sons and reaches her destination after 12 hours. This first long distance journey marks a breakthrough in the automobile world and makes Bertha Benz a legend.
The spirit and charisma of Bertha Benz serve as a guiding principle for our restaurant at the Mercedes-Benz Museum. Her trip caused a stir and admiration and this is what our chef wants to reflect in his dishes.
