Tailor made catering (tmc) is a joint venture of three market leaders in the international catering industry – Vermaat from the Netherlands, Käfer from Germany and Thomas Kisters, pioneer of forward-looking catering and founder of leonardi. Founded in 2019, tmc designs customized, innovative solutions for corporate catering as well as public high-traffic areas and focuses on forward-looking food concepts with a focus on digitalization, flexibility and sustainable hospitality. Our customized F&B concepts are as unique as each of our customers. We design an overall culinary experience that pays attention to different needs and target groups. It is important for us to be involved in the planning process as early as possible in order to optimize efficiency through our extensive experience. In addition to an attractive food and beverage offering, we take care of the entire process, from concept development to construction supervision during the catering redesign, to in-house training and continuing education for our staff.
